To initiate your bespoke creation, simply contact me and describe roughly what you
require.
I will reply by phone or email and offer an initial consultation. We'll discuss styles and
materials and I'll offer professional feedback on your ideas. Sometimes a customer may
wish to send me a rough sketch to illustrate what they want. This part is entirely free and
you are under no obligation to proceed. If you live locally in the Sevenoaks, Tonbridge,
Tunbridge Wells (Kent UK) area, we can arrange a meeting face to face.
As well as which type of metal you want to use, for example silver, yellow gold or white
gold, and which stones you require if any, I will also need to know your timescale and
budget. I cater for all pockets. Once I have given you a quotation I will require a deposit of
50%.
I'll next produce drawings for you, which can be e-mailed (or posted if you prefer). When
you receive my illustrations we can refine the piece to your exact requirements.
Next I'll make you unique piece of jewellery, usually within 15 working days but depending on the complexity of the piece and the
requirements of Hallmarking. Of course I can prioritise if you need a particular piece making in a hurry!
I may need to contact you while making the piece if I need further details.
When it is complete and the full payment has been received I will then send your bespoke piece of jewellery in a charming presentation box.
If there are any modifications you would like, after delivery, this can of course be arranged.
